Lots of variety and quality products. We love the variety of soups and ready-to-eat meals. Fresh buns & bread 🍞...crusty and soft. Pastries & Donuts are delicious! I have called several times from BC requesting cakes/meals to be set aside for our parents in Hamilton. The service is always fast and ready to go for the pick up. Thank you!

My mother ordered a birthday cake for me, she told them the name for the cake is “Faith” . They put the name as “Aith” seriously whose name is Aith first of all and second of all why wouldn’t they show her the cake when giving it to her to go home with. Then we called them to see what they could do to fix the situation and they told us there is nothing they can do , and refused to do anything to make it right. The customer service was awful. and the owner wouldn’t even speak with us on the phone. They ruined my birthday cake and had not a single care. also take in my birthday is on christmas day so it’s not like we could take the cake back.

Apple fritters are great and were looking forward to them for a special occasion, but when ordering them through the phone they said they'd have an order ready for me for a designated time and when I came to get them they weren't there, with no record of where they were or why it wasn't looked after. And when asked for solutions, the employees were apologetic but werent helpful past that point. Didn't get what I needed/wanted. Just sorely disappointed with wanting a good product.

We stopped by Sweet Paradise bakery this weekend to pick up some sweet treats. There was so much to choose from and everything looked great. We picked up a few different things to try. The favourite had to be the tiramisu, with the cannoli for a close second. Overall a great little bakery with many options. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the area.

Popped in for some donuts that I thought my family would enjoy as I were passing that way. Unfortunately they were sold out. I am not sure why the parking lot seems to be full. The fresh breads and pastry is what I was told most folks liked. The donuts are pretty good when you can get some. My nabour goes to get them sometimes early , and they are made fresh daily he told me. It’s a very expensive store if you’re on a budget. The pastries are not to bad. Give it a try 😊 The donuts are delicious when you go early enough to get. If only the staff were a bit more friendlier. It would be a perfect 5 star.
