We used Sydney Harbour Exclusive to charter a yacht for our pre-wedding Sunset Sails, selecting the vessel Enigma. We had 25 guests plus crew, and the boat accommodated everyone comfortably. The vessel was clean and, although slightly dated, it provided everything we needed for a memorable evening. It featured an upper and lower deck, a spacious front area, and cabins downstairs, which gave everyone plenty of room to relax and enjoy the views. The crew were friendly, polite, and very attentive throughout the cruise. The captain was professional and welcoming, and the team did a great job serving food and drinks during the event. The chef who prepared the food was outstanding. The guests could not stop talking about how good the food was, both in terms of flavour and variety. We had pre-selected our menu during the booking process, and everything served exceeded expectations. We sailed near the Harbour Bridge and Opera House, which provided incredible and unique photo opportunities. Everyone had a fantastic time, and the entire experience felt smooth, enjoyable, and well executed with nothing negative to say. Communication with the company during the booking phase was generally good. Responses over email were reasonably timely, albeit not always immediate, but all questions were answered clearly and everything ran as planned. The price point felt fair. It was neither the cheapest nor the most expensive option among the brokers we considered, but for the experience, food quality, and service received, it represented very good value for money. A highly positive experience from start to finish and one we would happily recommend.

Our wedding reception on Ghost II was everything we ever wanted. The vessel is stunning and although we had the maximum possible number of guests, it never felt crowded or difficult to move around. The service provided by the team was flawless - not only was there always someone on hand to refill glasses or offer canapes but they accommodated a couple of last minute requests with a smile. Food and drinks were top notch. All staff members were smiling and courteous all evening and it was a pleasure to work with Will in the months leading up to the night to ensure that everything went smoothly.
