Amazing place to learn meditation and grow personally! I’ve had a really positive experience with Sydney Meditation and all their team.Their classes are offered both in person and online, which makes it easy to join whether you live nearby or further away. The guided sessions are welcoming and suitable for beginners as well as those who want to deepen their practice. I noticed real benefits in my calmness and awareness after attending regularly and it’s been a game changer helping me get through tough times. The team genuinely wants you to discover your true self and find greater happiness, and the environment at the centre feels peaceful and supportive. The sessions are structured but relaxed, and you can come multiple times a day online if you want. They also offer free intro sessions which I found really helpful when I started. Learning this method of meditation has truly been a transformative experience for me.
