No complaints so far! My daughter who’s in kindergarten(5 yo) actually ENJOYS going here & gets super excited when I tell her she has a session scheduled! The tutors are sweet, patient, attentive, fun & caring! So glad I got the chance to enroll my girl! Super grateful to have a place where my girl can get some extra learning in & have fun all at the same time! :)

I agree with a previous comment on taking your money quick, but don’t expect a refund if you stop the tutoring before the end of the month. I was contacted almost immediately when I was considering signing my daughter up for tutoring. After about two months we were ready to remove her from tutoring. I gave two weeks notice, which would mean we should have been refunded for the last week of November. It’s been over a month and Mark Blandford still hasn’t replied to my emails or issued my refund. So unprofessional.

Everything is on an iPad, the tutors just have the kids do what the iPad says and learn nothing

I wanted to put my son in this tutoring program for Reading but we were told that it is $399 for 30 days. That is a bit ridiculous and I had to pay for the insight assessment $49 to see where he needs help. I was disappointed as I tried to get my child some help to get him ready for the second grade but I feel like I failed as a parent. I dont see how others can afford this but much applause and respect to the parents who sacrifice for their kids. I dont have any help with my son I do the best that I can on my own.

I wish that I could give this place zero stars. All that I can tell you is you are wasting your money here. They will not teach your child anything and we'll just send them home with little bracelets and such! I took my daughter out of here after a month of learning absolutely nothing and put her with a private tutor and she only needed 2 weeks and was ahead of the class!
