Ok, tried them again after more than a year. I LOVE me some good tacos and legit mexican food. But the last time I was here I got food poisoning (and I have a stomach of iron, eating brutal hot food and traveling the world without issue). Since this place is close to my home and I drive past often, decided to give them another try. The staff was great, super friendly and seem to really care. The restaurant was clean and other than their soda machine being out of syrup (suspicious) I just bough some cans of soda with my 3 street taco and burrito plates. Both chicken. Well the taste was bland, the weird over sauced meat was not amazing. I barely finished my tacos, and between the wife and I, we left more than half the burrito. (Totally not something we would do with good food). I get it that different restaurants have different recipes and maybe someone's grandma passed down these recipes or something, but for me - there are much better options.

If you’re hunting for the best birria tacos in Henderson, Taco Man Grill definitely makes the list. Their quesabirria tacos are generous, melty, and come alongside a flavorful consommé that’s perfect for dipping. The rich beef is tender and well seasoned, and the self‑serve salsa bar is a fantastic complement.

I got a shrimp burrito and added black beans. Beyond SLOPPY. It felt like a 5 year old made this. It’s as if they didn’t use a slotted spoon when they spooned the black beans into the burrito. Dripping mess! One of the worst shrimp burritos I have ever had. Shrimp was over done and the whole burrito lacked flavor. Staff was nice, and restaurant was clean.

OK here it is !! This is my first time ever going to The TacoMan Grill. I would like to send a shout out to the cashier Diana. Thank you for your great customer service.! You’re awesome 👏🏾 Also, I want to send a shout out to the manager, Raphael, oh, man, the Smack Down Apple was delicious! And I can’t forget the young lady with the cute glasses. I didn’t even get a chance to get your name, but you are awesome as well! thank you guys for the awesome experience the great food and tacos and taco rolls yummy yum! off the chain man the food was the bomb You have nice clean establishment friendly cooks And staff you guys were great. I’m definitely coming back here again. Also, keep up the great work.!!

I am so sad that it took me this long to visit here. Truly slept on as far as an amazing taco shop! The employee at the front counter was super helpful when I was ordering my carne asada tacos as I am not a fan of Pico or onion, and I ordered two tacos to start with. The carne asada was so tender and flavorful, two tacos didn't cut it. I end up ordering an additional 2 tacos because it has been so long since I've had a carne asada that was truly flavorful and not overseased or bland. They were cooking up fresh salsa while I was there and it took a little longer to get my second set of tacos but the employees were so kind and let me know why it took longer. Which, even with the wait, it was less than 5-6 minutes to get them. I did try the house salsa Verde and roja. Both were listed as mild and I'm not sure which I liked better. Next time, I'll get some chips to try them all. That was music playing the entire time I was there, it is moderately loud but enjoyable. You could still have a conversation without yelling and Even from my table I could still hear the employees chatting while they were preparing food.
