Staff was nice but talked the whole time I was testing. I could hear ever conversation next door. Warning, The area was super noisy. It's next to A mall and fiesta mart so loud music and vehicles made the windows rattle. Also next to a railroad track which came through several times. I barely missed passing by 4 points. 🫤
The proctor was nice and professional. The chairs are comfortable. Room was quiet. I was scared that I wouldn’t have a proctor at the time of my date so I emailed to double check test date, time, and location. I received a quick response back from proctor to confirm. Great location!
I have used this text center 3 times. Twice it was fine but my third visit was terrible. The proctor did not show up and four of us were waiting to see if anyone would show. We didn't receive any notification of a late open, and we had all taken time from work to be there. Very stressful situation to be in right before important tests/exams. This place has a single point of failure as only one person works there and I can't recommend. Saving grace East the young lady that did arrive to assist was very pleasant and expeditious.
This was my second time testing here. The first time the location was a little difficult to find after arriving in the parking lot but after a phone call I was given instructions until I was comfortable I could navigate my way there. The atmosphere is calming and stress free. Items are stored in bags then locked away. There are no jackets allows inside of the testing center I knew that from the first time so wore leggings and long sleeves so I was comfortable. Ear plugs, tissue and dry erase paper and pens were given. Both times I’ve had great experience. I will be testing here again.
No visible sign outside that says Tactix. Can get easily lost. Map takes you to the other side of the mall. Dirty restrooms and office that look from the 70s era. I came in 15 min early as stated, but was not allowed to come in until 8.
