Tailored Logo uses a pay–hold–upgrade pressure tactic. After taking payment, they hold the project, demand an “upgrade” fee, and then ask for even more money, changing terms each time. I dealt with Edward, Dave, and Jim. The project was never completed, and the original/source files were not delivered. Communication was full of delays and excuses, with clear bluffing to push more payment. This experience felt misleading and unprofessional. I do not recommend this company. Get everything in writing and do not pay beyond your initial agreement.

Jonathan did a great job on my logo and preliminary web site work. Now I can't get hold of anyone. Is this company closed . All I would like is my logo file which I paid for so I can move forward with business. Please help!

I was approached by this company online, as I was building my online coaching business. And in the beginning, they were very helpful, attentive and respectful. My initial interest was in a logo and nothing else. Throughout my communications with Jonathan I was expressing my concern about creating a website.He expressed to me that his company could do that, and we decided to move forward in creating a website for my business.For the price of $499.00. USD. During the initial meeting I was promised I would have a product within two weeks. That seemed unrealistic and I suggested six weeks. I knew it would take longer than that.And as it stands, it's almost been a year, and my product is still incomplete. As life happens, I have had surgery.I've had recovery.I have not been able to attend to this as well as I would like.But when I have reached out to them in regards to any corrections that i've noted or things that I need to see, I either get no response or appointments are set.And never made. I also find the way they speak to me very condescending and disrespectful, and it seems like every time I talk to them.There's additional funds that they need for some other aspect of my business.That was not disclosed at the onset. It's concerning to me that sometimes I am contacted by somebody that I have no idea who they are.Have never met or talked to them.And it goes back and forth between three people that i'm not even familiar to work with. Overall, I am very happy with the logo and would recommend that. But as far as with the Web design, taking responsibility for my absence, it has not been a positive experience. At this point I have expressed that I just want to take the product as is. And I will manage it. I will edit it and deal with it and find someone local that I can hold accountable. And even that has been difficult. And they are continuously asking for more money and coming up with more fees to take the product that I have already paid for that was produced. Needless to say, this is very frustrating.And because I am not the most knowledgeable person in things of this nature.I do feel like they are taking advantage of my naivete. Buyer, beware is all I'm saying.

It's a complete mystery to me as to why I have received such ridiculously awful customer service regarding a "screw-up" that this company admittedly made on my order, especially after seeing so many other glowing reviews. (It makes me wonder.) I have been trying for months to get them to simply do what they said regarding a correction of my original order. When I call in to speak to a manager they put me on "terminal hold." Then when their answering devices detect that it's my number, it automatically gives me the message that they cannot take my call at this time. Even when you call in using another number, as soon as you ask for the manager, they just return you to "terminal hold." And that's no matter WHEN, or how many times, I call! I have also sent repeated emails to no avail. I paid $380 for a 500 business card order and they lied to me many times about having sent the new corrected order. The guys I spoke to were named: Mathew Wilson and Dave Carter. So many promises and outright lies. And trying to find out exactly WHO it is that owns the company has been a real nightmare. All I can say is: Buyer beware and this company sucks, big time!
