This is the best car wash the staff is very friendly and helpful. They made sure you have all the supplies you need to do the inside of your vehicle and ask if they can assist you with anything else. Love this place and the soap used to clean the outside is awesome. Great job team.

The BEST employee is for sure at 51st and Yale. His Name is Teddy. He is ALWAYS happy smiling and willing to help. I take care of a mentally challenged adult and he always comes to chat with him, calls him by name, and makes him feel special. There should be more humans like this in the world. This place shouldn’t even be open. Left my car, absolutely filthy and scratched my rim with the terrible design of their track system. Filled out an incident report which I figured they would deny it, but to my surprise, I never even got a phone call.

If you get tired of paying for those crappy vacuums that don’t get all the mess out of your car… then this is the place to go. Not only are their vacuums free but they work great!! The staff is friendly and helpful. Someone left a shoe in a parking spot🙄 but the staff quickly noticed and came and got it out of my way so I could pull into that spot! Highly recommend this place!!

*Update* customer service is completely worthless. Called the number and was told the manager and GM would be getting an email to contact me. This was a week ago. Worst company ever. Highly recommend you go to a true touchless carwash especially after all the snow we just had. Avoid at all cost. *******Do not take your vehicle here if you care about your paint job. My brand new car with 3000 miles and has had 2 car washes both done at this take 5 has scuff and swirl marks all the way down the doors and rocker panels. Manager laughed cause I couldn’t prove it was their machines and blamed it on the dealership for a bad paint job. Customer service is completely worthless and will not address any issues.
