My oil change went smoothly and the mechanic named Tino helped me out a lot with the pricing since I was on a budget at the time. I will continue going back because the service was awesome.

From the very start of the drive up I was greeted with a fresh bottle water and was offered to be given a price check before any services were started. The actual service was very fast but very thorough service,employees all had great communication skills and all worked expeditiously to complete services. Explained each service that was going to be completed and offered suggestions of recommended services needed but was not pushy and made sure I understood. Matthew the assistant manager was very detailed in explaining from start to finish. I was able to stay in my vehicle felt safe and was in and out no line no waiting place was well kept up. Would definitely recommend and be going back for future maintenance.

The gentleman that greeted me offered me a cold bottle of water. I don't think I've ever experienced such great customer service at any other lube center. He and his coworker were so helpful. I wish I had asked for their names! The service was fast, friendly AND educational. Normally I feel so dumb at these places. But the gentleman that was at the computer was so helpful with how he explained everything. I wish I could give them more stars! Good job men! I'm so grateful for your help.

I had an awesome experience with Matthew. He went above and beyond—literally stayed after 8 PM, after closing, just to help me out. I brought my Mercedes in because I thought it had excess oil, and without hesitation he threw on a work shirt and helped me drain it. It turned out my issue was actually a failing high-pressure fuel pump, but the fact that he still stayed late and did exactly what I asked shows the kind of person he is. Matthew is professional, patient, and genuinely willing to help. He’s the kind of employee any business would be lucky to have. Really appreciate everything he did. Highly recommended!

Visited this location on Sunday. Have been to this location several times with okay experiences. This service seemed good as well. The next morning on my drive home my oil light came on and temps soared to high. Had to pull over and let it cool down. Assumed it would be the thermostat or something since this Take 5 just changed my oil and checked all the fluids including the coolant. Problem was when I got home and checked the coolant there was nothing in the reservoir. Let it cool down and checked the radiator and it is low as well. Seems odd since I have a confirmation that my coolant was checked and in safe level by Take 5. Never really worried about the higher cost of going to Take 5 with the quick and convenient work they do, but now I have to really worry about the overall quality of their work. Very unfortunate.
