He kept me informed of the process throughout and didn't overly pressure me for extra services, a nice change from other oil shops in the area. Here’s what happened: My husband took our vehicle in for a routine oil change at a different location on Sunday, July 30. Everything seemed fine until a week later, when my car suddenly flashed a serious "Oil Pressure: Stop! See Owner's Manual" warning and started beeping. I pulled over immediately and remembered some oil spots I had seen earlier on the driveway. My husband checked and confirmed a large trail of leaking oil. Thankfully, I was close to this location and drove straight over. Their team quickly pulled my vehicle in, verified my recent oil change through the VIN scan, and immediately identified that oil was leaking badly. Upon further inspection, they discovered the oil filter gasket had been damaged, likely from being improperly installed at the original location. Here’s where things went above and beyond: Manager Edward personally stepped in, explained the issue with calm professionalism, and despite not being the original location took full initiative to fix the problem. He performed a complete oil change, replaced the damaged gasket, and topped everything off. He even showed me the faulty gasket and explained the likely cause without blaming the other shop. Edward was polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting me back on the road safely.
