Tametheius was absolutely incredible during my vehicle inspection. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuine. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Tametheius truly went above and beyond. I took my vehicle here to get the oil changed. They did not tighten the oil filter properly so oil slowly leaked out of my engine until it exploded. Not only did that ruin my vehicle it jeopardized my employees welfare. I tried to bring it up to corporate and they denied my claim before ever contacting me.

I brought my own oil. I called twice and they said it would be $45. Drove from Mueller and was given a different price once I got there. The gentleman that helped me was an assistant manager I believe, and he had 2 new girls. I saw a previous review that the 2 new girls put the wrong oil in someone’s car and their car started breaking down. Those 2 girls can use some better training but when I was there the assistant manager was busy with everything else and handling customers. It’s not his fault. It’s corporates for not providing him the proper staff and the pay he probably deserves. Corporate is also the one who answers the phones and gives prices on the phones. The stores don’t.

I had such a great experience here today. Tametheius helped me and he was quick, knowledgeable, and extremely patient with me (I was driving my husband’s car and didn’t know where any of the controls were). I live on the other side of Austin, but I go out of my way to visit this Take 5 because the people are kind and the service is always exceptional.
