Recently Gary restored an old oak desk/table for us and from the moment of initial contact to collecting it last week, the experience has been 5-star! Gary gives a thorough quote and information about the process he will follow. Then during the process Gary emails with photos to ask for your feedback and opinion re oils to be used, preferred finishes etc.. He found and ordered long lost parts from the U.S. and manufactured a single metal fixture when we realised we were one bracket short.
