The item I was trying to buy the barcode didn’t match when I rang it up on self checkout. I didn’t know that I thought I rang up the top I had in my hand. When I went to customer service to try n get it fixed the asset protection dude at customer service was being really rude, making sarcastic remarks, being entitled, cursing, and overall being disrespectful. I tried getting my refund and he would not give it me I never even got the item I was trying to buy. He also tried saying I left the store with the items left them somewhere since I didn’t even have them in my hand when I was at self checkout the beeper would’ve went off so how does that make any sense. He didn’t see me take anything in the store when he checked cctv either. So he wouldn’t let me get a refund to pay for the items I was trying to get and he wouldn’t even at least let me get the items that were shown on the receipt. So I left the store with a receipt and no items.
Huge store but not well-organized and the signage etc is not clear or adequate. Items are not well-stocked. Staff is hit or miss with knowledge or helping to find something. Street parking is difficult to find. The “mall” it is located in is always busy and kinda sucks so even though I love Target, I avoid going to this one
No parking validation, RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They treat their customers like crap, and waste your time acting like they are entitled to your business and only care about you if you are wealthy. Target used to be a good place to shop but they are getting greedy and out of touch!
Honestly, this Target rocks. They had some plus-sized items I didn't even think I was going to find outside of an online store, their art supply stock is great, they have lots of makeup and products and stuff, it's just awesome.
Two story target with wide range of offerings. What you expect from target though this location. Has boxers and socks locked up. The returns area has a candy display well lit up and the shelves are unorganized and not well maintained. Found most things I was looking for so my experience was good.
