Tax Professionals with the big UN- in front of it. Made multiple gross mistakes over the course of the year, like paying someones else taxes from my account. Not running payroll on time. and more! Finally they kept on deducting their fees even once I requested to stop their service. Took around 2 months to receive a refund after multiple communications. Whats worse instead of apologizing and trying to fix things they tell you that you are the source of the problem. I cancelled my subscription after I got a bad service, not before it, the lack of logic within the company is astonishing. If you want somebody knowledgeable to manage your books - do yourself a favor and look somewhere else!

I have been a client of Tushar Shah since 2008. I trust him completely to take care of my taxes. He is very knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful. He helped me a few years ago with an offer of compromise after my divorce. It was a long but smooth and less stressful for me, as he took care of it all for me. My parents have been with Tushar for over 5 years. He's always been responsive to calls and available to answer questions. He's great when it comes to financial planning, coordinating with a financial advisor and trust attorney to make sure everything is in order. I Iook forward to working with him on my own taxes.
