As someone who is the worst tax customer to have I have to say I am pleasantly pleased with Tax Services of Hawaii. I started using them last year for my 22 taxes and they were great. Yes, there are some issues with them missing something here or there however they communicate well and are professional. I am self employed and they helped me set up my Corporation as well as did our taxes for personal with the wife and mine. With Hawaiis wonderful tax laws and breaks, they were able to get me the best bang for my buck. I am that guy who calls them a week before something is due to be like "Hey, hows my taxes going" and they always say, we need your forms. So yeah, be more responsible with your tax preparations and these guys will help you a lot.

This company was ok at first...then it wasn't. Very stressful and disappointing. Something is NOT RIGHT here.

I have personally had a great experience with TSH. I signed on with them before started my new business on the recommendation from my neighbor. From the start I felt that Gordon was highly competent and confident. Tammy the receptionist and Sam the accountant are always following up with me when I lose track of what I’m supposed to submit, pay or sign. I never feel guilted or pressured - even when I have no clue what’s going on. I came to them with a huge mess of backlogged taxes and they patiently helped me sort through everything and got it done for me. I also find their prices to be very reasonable for the quality of work they provide. The main reason I’m writing this review today is that I see that the current reviews are not reflective of my experience with this business. I highly recommend them!
