I have been going to Tax7 for a very long time. I also insist to see Grace as she is not only professional, and knowledgeable, but a pleasure to talk to makes the whole process fun. I have been following her even before she went to Tax7. I would very highly recommend Grace if you need your tax return, or any tax/ accounting issues sorted. I have been filing my tax returns with Tax7 for nearly 9–10 years. I have recommended my family and they have moved to tax7 few years ago too. Bo Su and team are very knowledgeable and hard working - and tries their best to deliver best service.

In my opinion, the most unprofessional accountants I have ever encountered! They tried to submit a partnership return with one of the partners listed as not having effective control of the partnership. This means that the partner would need to pay PENALTY TAX RATES. Why had they done this? they had no idea why they had done this. This was plainly incompetent in my opinion and when challenged there was no explanation just 'oh we will change it then'. What?! In my opinion they are clearly they're not across tax laws to the level they need to be as they didn't understand the meaning or implications of their actions in listing a partner in this way. 1 star is not low enough. Go elsewhere!
