Ive been contacted every week about filing my taxes from your company since Jan. They call schedule me but when the appointment comes noone calls me back, on top of that you have several workers calling asking if i filed 2025 taxes when i explain to them that it has already been filed that im only interesting in completing my 2023 taxed they express they have to reach out to you and this cycle repeats with no results. Last year i filed 2023 and 2024 together and because your cpa to push the state through she stopped answering the phone After April. Now this year still nothing . Im reaching out to tell you this has been the worst experience ever and i paid 2k to file now either refund my money and let me go elsewhere or get sued for unfinished business in which i paid for.

I was overcharged nearly $1000 for a processing fee I was never told about and on top of that they act like they can’t see when I send them messages it’s ok because I’m filing a lawsuit and amend for my taxes unacceptable for a company to rob people blind and on top of that sent the money to there bank account Edit: I’ve reported them to irs and I have been working and providing the irs with proof of their scams along with documentation of them altering their documents to receive a higher fee. Don’t worry your time is coming very soon I guarantee it.

We owe the IRS because taxbox didn’t add all of the W2 we Provided ..they trick you and getting you more money for your tax refund, but in reality they could give you that amount because they don’t put your W-2s, which is all your wages so you to make you qualify for more credits but it’s a lie because you will get a letter from the IRS that you owe them thanks to taxbox I owe the IRS almost $8000. if you don’t want problems with the IRS, please don’t go here. Look at the reviews. I am not the only one they did this to. They still had the guts to call us for this tax year to file with them when they haven’t even picked up the phone from last summer because they’re avoiding us when they called us back this month. We let them know that they need to fix this which is in their Paperwork that they will help make it right and they also lie they never gave us a call back again. if I could, I would give them zero stars. Oh yeah and by the way, they overcharge you to prepare your taxes you can prepare your taxes and turbo tags for less than $100 and they charged us $2000 each which is $4000.

If I can leave no start I would! Don’t fall for it ! These people did my husband and I taxes this year and boy did they screw us over. We got 2 notice from the IRS that there wore errors made and now we owe them taxes!! We have been trying to get ahold of the company from all the phone numbers we know of and nothing..”mailbox full” we email.. no response back! There service fees are so high that they don’t even do their job right! Update!! They never put my w2 whatever you do don’t go here!
