Taylor and Madye are the best! They were the photographers at my friend's wedding several years ago and left such a great impression that my husband and I chose them for our own wedding last year (I honestly cannot believe I procrastinated leaving a review this long). Their photos are candid and saturated and perfectly captured the absolute joy of that day. They made us feel at ease when neither of us is thrilled about being the center of attention. They rolled with all of the craziness of multiple locations and family jumping in for photos. We loved working with them from start to finish!
I can’t say enough incredible things about Taylor and Madye but I will try to start. From the beginning, as we were planning our DIY wedding and minorly freaking out from the endless checklists and emails and contracts, they instantly put us at ease. They just have a way of making you feel taken care of, and both feeling professional and like friends at the same time. They took incredible photos, and captured me and my husband, and our love for each other so beautifully (even though we both feel awkward around cameras). The way they integrated themselves into our wedding and captured the day felt so organic. And the way I GASPED when I opened up our wedding album for the first time!!! Hire them! They were the best decision we made! (after wedding married of course)
Taylor & Madye actually weren't our original wedding photographers- the photographer we booked cancelled a month before our wedding and by the grace of God we found Taylor & Madye and somehow they were available! We're so grateful we found them- they were truly a dream to work with. Madye stepped in right away and worked with us on our timeline, asked what was important to us and made sure to really get to know us in the short time we had left before the wedding. I felt totally comfortable and confident in them and boy did they deliver! We love our wedding gallery so much and appreciated that our day didn't feel like one long photo shoot. They captured the emotions of the day, gave us so many photos of our family and friends, and beautifully captured all the special moments. They also delivered our gallery quickly and within their quoted timeframe which is super nice. Again, I truly feel like they were a Godsend. My husband and I aren't super comfortable in front of the camera, but they made it so easy. We would 10000% recommend them and book with them again. We wish we had booked with them from the start! They're reliable, capitalize on each others strengths, are so fun, and of course, extremely talented.
Taylor and Madye are AMAZING!! They made us both feel so valued and special on our wedding day and we can't recommend them enough! We love the photos soo much! The colors, the candid and posed moments, they all look SOO good! We went with a digital and film photos package, and let me tell you, we're obsessed. Taylor and Madye really listened to us when we told them what was important to us: that we wanted posed photos as well as candids and that we wanted as many photos of everyone attending the wedding as possible too. It was really important to us that other guests got special photos from the day to treasure. Taylor and Madye delivered on this and more! We had so many family members tell us that they pulled them aside for a photo and that it meant a lot to them. Also, they went above and beyond to get the photos, including hanging off the side of the stairs and over tables. The amount of energy they both had was so much fun and truly kept us going! They are true professionals who have great experience and are able to pivot when needed which is going to happen on your wedding day! We love them so much and highly recommend them as people and as photographers. Thank you thank you thank you!
Taylor and Madye worked with us through our entire planning process for our wedding. They shot our engagement photoshoot which turned out beautifully, and gave us clear guidelines and communication on how to plan out the photos we wanted for the wedding. They were so fun to work with, they really felt like friends! And the photos themselves are absolutely stunning. I've looked at them every day since we received them 2 months ago. They made the day feel so special and were so present with us. They captured so many moments with guests we got to enjoy all over again, and I have never felt so beautiful seeing the compilation. They also provide so many options! I cannot wait to work with them again for other big events! Taylor and Madye are the best!!
