Taylor Heating and Air were absolutely fantastic! Came through with our new furnace and AC unit just before the first snow. Performed an excellent installation and the technicians were very courteous and mindful of the inside of the house as well. Excellent communication in all aspects of the assessment, estimate, installation and follow up. If you're in Chester/Chesterfield I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to you. Thank you Wes and team!

This was my first project with Taylor Heating and Air—replacement of a 2nd floor heat pump and air handler. I read many reviews of its work—essentially all of which were superior. Those reviews, reinforced by BBB’s Accreditation and Rating of A+, placed them in the top tier of prospects. When their proposal came, which was almost instantly, there was no doubt Taylor would be a top contender. The replacement components were all clearly indicated, complete with model numbers should I want to perform more detailed research. The deal was actually sealed when I compared prices. Taylor’s costs were less by a significant amount. Work started about ten days after selection, and to my surprise was completed within a day. The crew was excellent—courteous, knowledgeable, careful. All old equipment was removed and mess cleaned up. All in all, a well-done job facilitated by helpful, friendly office support. Taylor Heating and Air will remain at the top of my list of HVAC contenders and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Our backup propane furnace wasn't burning properly and the exhaust fan had given up so when the carbon monoxide detector went off Taylor rearranged their schedule to get someone out right away. They bypassed the the propane so we still had heat while waiting for a new furnace to be delivered and installed. That lasted 3 days over the weekend but then the heat pump kept blowing fuses, so Taylor brought space heaters until the furnace came in and installed it that afternoon. Everyone was very courteous and helpful throughout the whole process!
