I’ve had great experiences here! The ladies at the front desk are super friendly and greet me by name. I’ve seen several providers here, and all of them have been very helpful in my postpartum healing. I’d never heard of dry needling before coming here, but it’s a service they offer and it’s super helpful in relieving muscle tension! They don’t contract with insurance, but they can give you a form to send to your insurance company to process as out-of-network. I really appreciate that the office is super family-friendly. I’ve brought my baby to appointments, and the provider didn’t mind - she actually offered to bring in a play mat! There’s also a mother/baby room for nursing and changing diapers with toys for little ones.

I cannot say enough good things about Taylor Physical Therapy and Wellness! I have taken the birth prep course and seen one of their therapists after my deliveries and they have been an invaluable part of my pregnancies/births and postpartum experiences. Pregnancy and birth can be challenging to recover from and Dr. Rachel at Taylor PT was able to guide, instruct and support me through the healing process. I am confident in their expertise and I highly recommend them to anyone with a pelvic floor!!

I have been going to Dr Rachel for 2 years and she helped solve all my problems while also listening to my concerns! I started with her one year postpartum with my first and just graduated from pelvic floor therapy after having my second baby. She is very thorough in her care plan and makes sure any concerns you have are dealt with and resolved not only postpartum but throughout your pregnancy as well. The whole office is inviting and so kind and the atmosphere is so cozy! Dr Rachel and the team are amazing are truly there to help you gain knowledge, confidence, strength and help you feel better than ever. Best care I’ve ever received at a medical practice :)

I’ve been going to Taylor PT & Wellness for several years. Dr. Katie and Dr. Rachel are fantastic, and their staff is top notch. I love how they really get to know you and your unique situation and goals. They are very knowledgeable about women’s anatomy as it relates to the pelvic floor and are excellent at guiding you through what to do to improve your pelvic floor health. Their techniques—from massage to dry needling to physical therapy through strength training and stretching—have been very beneficial to me. I only wish I had known about them when I first started having children. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

TaylorPT is the best! I’ve been there before, during, and after pregnancy, and they’ve supported me every step of the way. Dr. Rachel and the whole team are friendly, welcoming, and truly care about moms and their babies. I’ve loved everything from dry needling to massages to baby yoga. I recommend them 100%!
