I reached out to TDR after seeing them recommended as one of the best options in Vancouver for installing a 240V outlet. The initial experience was great and very prompt. The electrician who came out to provide the quote was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. I received the quote about four days after the consultation from Andrew. Since then, I’ve been trying for over ten days to speak with him to ask a simple question about the quote before moving forward. I’ve sent more than four emails, called multiple times, and left a voicemail, but I haven’t been able to speak with anyone or receive a response. I was ready and eager to proceed and pay, but the lack of follow-up has made that impossible. It’s frustrating that after waiting this long, I now have to start the process over with another company, which delays my project even further.

Amazing, fast, and reliable service from start to finish. We needed a breaker replaced in our workshop (Sapiens Child), which is critical for our day-to-day operations. After giving them a call, they responded quickly and had everything fixed the very next day. The communication was clear, the work was done efficiently, and everything was handled professionally. I hired TDR to do the Electrical on my Basement, and I have to say, I was really happy working with Andrew and Dillon. Dillon was patient and personable and made dealign with issues easy. The scope of work TDR was hire for was to install Pot Lights, Switches, Plugs, Bathroom Fan. They did a great Job.
