I had an issue I needed expedited. I brought my computer in on Friday afternoon. (Because of course my computer malfunctioned end of the business week) I could not delay until next week so I paid the expedite fee and he worked on it over the weekend. He kept me updated on what was going on and had it ready by the agreed upon time. I will definitely use them again next time I need tech support.
These guys were great! My 6 year old Surface Pro decided it was time to give up the ghost and they were very up front with what my options were and what the cost would be. In the end I decided to just have them copy the contents of the computer to a flash drive and they got everything I was hoping for and more for a very reasonable price. Thank you guys very much for your help, I truly appreciate it!
The gentlemen working here were kind and explained the issues with my laptop very well. They had a loaner laptop I was able to use for work and school while mine was being repaired. Would recommend and use them again for any future repairs.
My experience with Tech support was great. I had my laptop screen and connection system replaced. The team there did quick diagnosis of the problem and made recommendations on how to fix the laptop. They were responsive on phone and via text to respond to my questions and give me status updates on my device and it’s repair process. They were accommodating when I asked them to ship the device. So far my laptop works without problems. Overall great service.
