My first time using Prototype after we switched over to them and it was great service during a stressful time. We came into work and the internet was out, they immediately started to diagnose the issue and our help support service tech, Blu, was very friendly and helpful. They explored the issued and found a solution quickly and got us back up and running and then later in the day not just 1 but 2 people followed up to ensure the issue was resolved. Great service and attention, thank you!!!

I was unable to login to my work email and in dire need of fast service. Prototype promptly came to the rescue and had the issue resolved within minutes and I did not fall behind on my work because of them doing so. I also greatly appreciate the kindness and professionalism they exhibited during the process. It was as if they truly do enjoy their jobs and were happy to help me. Thank you Prototype!!
