i’m so satisfied with the customer service in this location. my boyfriend brought his playstation and they repaired it within 2 hrs. they did a phenomenal job and kept us updated with the damage it had. now it works great thank to Sam and Israel. thank you guys 👍🏼

I took my ps5 to media exchange and it wasn’t received how I had left it. My ps5 was diagnosed and repaired within a couple hours. Very good and fast service. Ps5 sounds brand new and the problem was fixed. I do recommend this place.

Came here to get my son's iPhone screen fixed and was surprised by how fast and affordable it was!! Israel offered excellent customer service and we were out within minutes. Definitely coming back for any future services needed! Highly recommend, great location!!
