I took it in my sons phone for an extended warranty repair, and they told me it wasn’t covered—even showed me his screen to prove it. I called Google afterward, and they confirmed that it was under warranty, but the representative at the store said there was nothing he could do. It felt like he could have tried harder, but he basically just said, “Nope, sorry.” In the end, I had to send it directly to Google. Of course, it turned out to be covered under warranty, and while the repair was free, it took much longer than I would have liked. I feel like the store employee could have contacted a manager or at least tried something to keep my business, but he didn’t seem to care. It may have been out of his hands, but the experience still left a bad impression. I wouldn’t recommend this place since they don’t seem interested in retaining customers. I really wish we had other local options with better customer service.
