I took my iPhone in to remove a piece of the charger that had gotten stuck in the port. The repair was done quickly and for a good price, and the guy who fixed it let me charge my phone after the repair.

Excellent Service by name EL and Great Prices! TechCraze is my go-to spot for anything electronic. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and honest—they really take the time to explain things clearly. I’ve had repairs done here, and everything was fast, affordable, and done right the first time. They also have great deals on phones, computers, and accessories. The store is clean and well-organized, and I appreciate that they even have reserved parking for customers. Highly recommend TechCraze for all your tech needs!

I visited the Sawmill Rd location recently. This place is awesome! The staff is great. Knowledgeable, friendly and personable. I happened on them by chance actually. I had no idea that they sold computers (both PC and Apple), tablets, laptops, TV's and game systems. I thought they only did mobile phone repairs. In fact they have the PS 5, Nintendo Switch and the Switch OLED in stock. I purchased a laptop and game system. I found their prices reasonable and as I said the no pressure friendly service is so much more pleasant then a big box store. I also met the owner who is a really friendly guy. I plan on going back in the next couple of days to purchase a Samsung table. I highly recommend TechCraze!

I love this place. And now that they have 2 locations in super stoked because the Stelzer Rd location is literally 5 mins straight shot from my home. This crew is so dope they believe in creating long lasting relationship with each and every customer for all their tech needs.
