I brought in my special edition Nintendo 2ds xl to get the screen replaced for it and I got back in worse condition than what I brought it in. I went from just having screen cracked to not being able to play any games because my sd card was damaged from the repair attempt so I lost one of my downloaded games and my data for the rest of my other games as well which is highly upsetting.
