If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was a loyal customer until they completed an unsolicited inspection and claimed I had subterranean termites- something I later found out I never actually had. At the time, I already had an active drywood termite contract with them. Because of this, my actual drywood termite issue went untreated for an entire year before I realized what had happened. Trying to speak with management has been incredibly frustrating. They don’t provide direct contact information and instead route everything through the main Terminix number, which makes it difficult to get real support, accountability and follow through with complaints. I’m still trying to get my money back after being misled into paying for a service I didn’t need. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience- poor customer service and a lack of transparency.

William Shepherd was very thorough and professional as well as likable. He also explained to me how the bait stations worked, was friendly to my dog and let me know the results of his inspection when he finished. Very happy with the customer service today.

Joe from Terminex came out to take care of my home. He did an amazing job, walked me through the process, gave me tips on how to better prevent future pests, and was thorough with pictures and details of service. He was kind and very professional.

Carlos does a great job keeping our home pest free. He was very pleasant when i spoke to him asking him to be careful where i feed the birds, squirrels & peacock. We have used Terminix services for some time now and are quite satisfied..

I recently had termite treatment installed at my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Joe did an exceptional job—professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. He explained every step of the process, ensured all problem areas were treated properly, and made sure I understood how the protection works going forward.

In short, on 3/16 I called to schedule an appointment for Saturday the 24th and no one showed up. Called to follow up and was advised that a supervisor would call back today 5/27. No one called and the gentleman is unable to locate the request for call back or provide insight as to why no one called. He put in a second request for a call back. I will update once they call back with resolution and details on how the ball was dropped. Update: I emailed on Tuesday 6/10 and still have not heard back from anyone. I called and scheduled an appointment for today between 10 and 12. I called about 10 minutes to 12 and was told Megan cancelled my appointment but they are not sure why. This is completely unacceptable! Update 8/26: It is going on 6 months of me trying to get someone to treat my home.
