Reviewing on behalf of 3P Processing: This company provides wonderful service. Their service personnel are kind and very good at what they do. Out of all the years we have done business with them, we have only had an issue with one service person, and the company took immediate action upon being told what happened. They handled it very well.

This started as a 5-star experience, but unfortunately our opinion changed as we learned more about our pest issue from a different extermination company. Our technician was very kind and I believe he had good intentions. However, the assessment and course of action we were given were not adequate for our situation. We were provided information that later turned out to be misleading, and following that advice would have actually made the problem worse. While the tech himself was polite and professional, the service ultimately did not resolve — and may have delayed properly addressing — our pest problem. For that reason, we cannot recommend this service.

The tech Brian that came out did an awesome job. He is the reason we are continuing the service. When we signed up we were lied to about continuing the former owners service by the customer service line. Told we were subscribing to termite only and they gave us the bundle. Only to find out that we were locking ourselves into a 1 year contract that would have a 1100.00 dollar early termination fee. Careful with these guys. All I can say. Giving 1 star because once the service tech was finally dispatched by them he was very pleasant and I feel he was very good at spraying for us and explained the process very well. 5 stars for him 1 for terminix
