I give Oscar Garcia 5 stars because he is communicative, prompt, detail-oriented, and pleasant. I give Terminix as a company lower stars....closer to 3 because in general they did not communicate well and would schedule and not show. I no longer use their services because of the history of frustrations, yet Oscar was very pleasant to work with on a warranty inspection.
Daniel Martinez went above and beyond for us to make sure how house was effectively treated. Been a Terminix customer for over a year now and have had no complaints.
Failed to honor contract. Did not spray the agreed-upon front/back yards. One month later, my yard has a major infestation of ants/spiders. Ineffective treatment and no response from the company. Very poor service.
Paul Juarez is one of the best Technicians I’ve had so far. He was knowledgeable of the pest I’ve been dealing with, able to identify the different ants I was seeing. He provided insight on what I could do as an owner to help mitigate the issues. He was very respectful and extremely kind. I was so impressed I immediately requested the dispatch assign him as my regular service provider. I’m a very pleased customer.
Highly Professional and Reliable Service! Our service technician is absolutely top-notch. Every time he comes in, he greets us politely and gets straight to work with a great attitude. He’s always professional, efficient, and thorough in everything he does. What stands out most is that he consistently checks in to make sure we're satisfied and asks if there’s anything else we need. He truly goes above and beyond to deliver excellent service. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. We really appreciate his dedication and would highly recommend him!
