For the care I did receive, I was grateful. Everyone is kind in staff but they are overloaded with patients and are still accepting new clients with their very rigid schedule. They realize it is challenging to get an appointment with the provider they recommended and for the follow up recommended there was nothing available. Once my appointment rolled around they were conveniently no longer in network. I have medications that I decided to discuss transfer as to have more continuity of care so I discontinued care with other providers and now have no other option but to apply for a program through my insurance OR pay cash just one week out from my appointment. Wow. I’m speechless. There was absolutely no communication until the day the contract was no longer valid and there is no way they were just notified this was a potential today at 10:30 am. So disappointed.

It’s not easy to find a holistic doctor that takes a natural approach but I’m happy to say that I finally found one in Houston. I’ve been a patient of Michelle’s for nearly a year now and have made important progress and learnings. She’s an excellent healthcare provider and the idea of this practice, to heal using natural solutions, is a wonderful resource.
