If I can give it 10 stars for service I would!

I dined at this location for dinner on Friday, March 20. The restaurant was busy, but there were noticeably fewer gauchos on the floor than usual. Meat was slow to come around, and the selection felt more limited than normal. The long waits between cuts meant I ended up filling up mostly on the salad bar and side dishes. Our server only asked if we had any special meat requests when he brought the check at the end of the meal, something that would have been far more helpful during service. Plates also piled up on the table with no one clearing them throughout the evening. I’ve visited this same location many times, and I’ve never had an experience like this before. The service and food are normally excellent, so we were really disappointed. For the money, you should expect consistent good food and service, and unfortunately this visit didn’t deliver. I’m not sure if I would return. I even filled out the survey on the check, but I was never contacted.

Made a reservation for 5:15pm. Showed up early just to be courteous knowing we'd wait a little. By 6:15 we still had not been seated. We were a party of 2. We left. We're called about 7 minutes later to say our table was ready. I explained we had waited over an hour for a scheduled reservation and left. That is completely unacceptable. They clearly way over book. The staff looked completely overwhelmed and weren't the nicest because of it. There is no where to wait inside except in the middle of everything and you're just in the way. 15 minutes past a scheduled reservation time is potentially expected but over an hour is just unacceptable. Very disappointing.
