Meat is usually more on the well side instead of medium rare. Anything wrapped is bacon is always very well done. Im wondering if I should start asking for rare. The food is usually pretty decent. I usually go one every month or 2 and have never been offered the lamb chops despite on eating during dinner hours and im very disappointed at that. The food is generally good I just wish it would consistently be medium rare and someone would bring by lamb chops. I might have to switch to Fogo and see if their cook temps and quailiy are better but I figured I would leave a review and see if things improve first. Also, my girlfriend is a huge fan on their lobster bisque and so am I.
do NOT waste your time or money coming on a saturday unless you have a large group, as they are the only tables that get attention. for a group of 4 or less you have to request any meat and that’s for a chance for it to even come to your table. not sure why they ask if medium rare is good because 9/10 cuts and pieces were well done(see picture). managers avoided eye contact because they could see our frustration. our waitress tried her best but with lack of support elsewhere it was just rough. - you will leave hungry - absolutely no teamwork manager never came to our table after waitress said she’d have him stop by twice because we could not get meat to our table; which we didn’t want, we just wanted food never even got the chance to turn my card from green to red still tipped 20% because our waitress did try her best, just no help behind her efforts
So this is my first and last time going to this place. My wife took me out for my 31st birthday. I tried maybe 6 different meats. I spit out 2 of them. I even tried ribs (which is my favorite) and they were terrible. If the meats aren't bland, they are OVERLY salted. The salad bar was ok but I'm not big on salads, especially from somewhere that's a little pricey. I was expecting near perfection. Every meat was chewy. The little mini sausages were good but the casing is like plastic. The waitress was a very nice girl. It makes me wonder if people's brains sees if it is expensive at all, then somehow that equates to quality. NOT THE CASE. I will never return to this place. It's a joke to me. Except its not funny. One more thing. If it's your birthday, they come out with an empty plate that has nothing on it but a weak candle for a kids cake. And they write happy birthday on the plate. Like, what is the point of that?? It's like a slap to the face because the food is already a joke, youre spending your hard earned money, then they come out to you with that bs. Overall, terrible experience, overpriced, and just not a good place if you want a memorable experience. I was better off eating the money I spent on this waste of time. None of food made me go "wow this is delicious."
The best meal and dining experience I have ever had as a celiac with MANY other allergies! (Allergic to yeast, nightshades, can’t have potatoes or rice too) My husband made a note on our reservation that I was celiac and I let them know just in case. The manager came out and walked me through everything, said he had family with celiac so he understands the seriousness of it. He told me how to order the desserts to be gluten free (ex: passion fruit mousse, can be made with no graham cracker crust) he told me I can have all of the meats except for the spicy ones. He said they religiously put the spicy meats on the bottom racks specifically so no cc. He also specifically told me that the fried bananas are in their own dedicated frier, I’ve seen a lot of mixed reviews on that part. But as of December 2025 I can tell you they are safe to eat! I tried pretty much everything that he said I could have and I didn’t have a SINGLE reaction to any of the food. I’m saying this as someone who does NOT go out to eat, ever. I can’t. But I heard this place goes above and beyond and took a chance and WOW am I glad I did. Also got the creme brûlée for dessert, insaaaaanely good! If you have allergies and want to feel safe somewhere, THIS is the place! Pricey? Hell yeah. But the peace of mind and the ability to eat out made it a night to remember and I can’t recommend it enough. Already planning on going back for my wedding anniversary!
Everything about this place—from the service to the food—was absolutely excellent. If you’re a meat lover, this restaurant is definitely a great choice. You can also go for lunch to save nearly 40% on the price, but keep in mind that lunch service is only available on Fridays. Even though we had a reservation, we still waited about 10–15 minutes. The main reason was that we were a party of two, and larger groups were being seated faster since the tables fit them more easily. Still, the service was exceptional. They have a salad bar and several other options, and for birthdays they offer a free dessert. We were already too full, but they kindly brought us a banana dessert anyway. Overall, the quality and taste of the food were amazing—especially for us since we are very picky. Honestly, even 5 stars doesn’t feel enough for this place. Highly recommended!
