We hired them for our Elementary Carnival and they did amazing!!! Everything worked, brought everything they were supposed to and got it out together in time for our event and didn’t try to pack it up early!! So kind!!
We rented seven rides for a school carnival and had a wonderful experience. This is our second time renting from Texas Entertainment Group and they have been professional, punctual and great to work with both times. We plan to book them for our holiday event!
I have worked with Texas Entertainment Group for the past 3 years for our event at UT- Arlington and have enjoyed their professionalism and collaborative efforts. Liz is amazing and is so communicative and is always willing to help whenever I have questions. We recently purchased the mechanical unicorn and the Robo surfer for our freshmen students to enjoy and they loved both attractions. Anything TEG provides always will be a smash hit! I look forward to working with them in the future!
We have used TEG for corporate events. Most recently, I called them the 2.5 hours before our event started b/c we had an issue with a different vendor's item. They were quick to assist and went above and beyond to ensure they could get a replacement to us and setup prior to our event starting. Roxanne worked quickly to take care of our request. Jason went out of his way to get the item setup and double checked to make sure everything was working properly. Delivery and pick up were right on time. Highly recommend for any and all party needs.
