Come here all the time with the husband and he always gets the filet medallions. Today he said they tasted a little different, ironically 2 minutes later the manager (Gregory) happened to be coming around and asked how everything was so my husband was honest about it and said that today they taste off and with 0 hesitation he said let me take care of that for you. My husband begged and pleaded with him that it was okay and that he was going to eat it anyways but the manager was persistent and fixed the problem. This blew my husband away he/we think that was very outstanding customer service

Good place to eat, but often the kitchen doesn't seem to be able to time all parts of a meal properly. Ate there tonight; the fries were hot, the steak was warm and the prawns were lukewarm. It's why I prefer Chilis these days; their food always turns up hot. Food quality is much of a muchness, service the same, so it comes down to details and properly hot food should be a given.

Bought my kids the chicken tenders tonight for dinner to go. Definitely not what is pictured on the menu photo. Not even enough to satisfy a toddler. All breading no chicken. The kids working at the to go window didn’t care.

This is our first time to be here. The service is good. The food we ordered could be better. Grilled shrimp with rice we got was extremely salty like we ate salt. I wonder if this is the usual taste of the dish or something just went wrong. BBQ chicken was overcooked and so stiff that hard to chew it. The best was Cesar salad. The salad was chilled in good temperature and refreshing.

I believe the Tikhatnu Commons Texas Roadhouse cooks are good but could use more precision in cooking temperatures. Our server, Jacquelyn, was super nice. Even though there were a few mistakes from the cooks and the server on this visit, they were so friendly, quick to make things right, and, above all, always had a friendly attitude. The errors were: - One steak was undercooked. - I asked for no BBQ sauce, and my chicken was covered with it. Both these things were corrected quickly, and the manager was very attentive. While most people would deduct more stars, I still rate them a 4 because the food tasted amazing, the portions were appropriate, and the service experience is enough to overlook a simple mistake. Good job to the Texas Roadhouse staff.
