We came here on 1/31 for a birthday and it was a big disappointment. We’ve been coming here for over 10 years and this was the worst experience we’ve ever had. We got seated at 6:45pm and didn’t get our main meal until 8:15pm. When we got our food all of our steaks were overcooked. One of us ordered medium rare and it came out almost well done (pictured below). They offered to recook it, but by that point we’d been here for over 1.5 hours. Another person in our party ordered a chicken dish. By the time we got our food her dish was completely room temperature and it was the wrong food! Our waiter rarely checked on us and it took him over 45 minutes to bring us our water. We got our drinks from the bar before we got our silverware and water. We used to come here twice a month, and now we don’t even want to come back.

Really nice service and always busy in here so I would said nice atmosphere. Food doesn’t have too much flavor unless you add some sauces but portions are Texan-sized as expected

All star Texas Roadhouse location that I had the pleasure of bringing my friend to who never experienced this restaurant before! The steak was cooked to perfection and the sides of mashed potatoes and steak fries were really good! We also got the grilled shrimp appetizer which was delicious! The chicken and mushroom sandwich was also good! You can never go wrong with the bread and cinnamon butter too which is complementary! Our server was also very friendly. Definitely would visit again!

One of the best experiences I've had with Steaks in a long time and it happened in Anchorage, Alaska..... the Streak was tender, juicy, and every bite taste amazingly delicious! The bread was very soft, yummy, and satisfying..... the mashed potatoes were good, broccoli were good, and the corn was also great (wish I had ordered more corn)! The pictures did not do it justice! Thanks TRH!

Always a good time! The food is always good. I love the chicken critter salad. And if you get a steak, order the sautéed mushrooms. I hate mushrooms but these are so good! Warm fresh bread rolls and they have bags of peanuts you can take home. Friendly staff and love that the managers stay out on the floor to make sure everything is going well. Sometimes there is a wait but it's worth it!
