Texas Roadhouse has been my favorite restaurant for years, and my family loves it too. Every Texas Roadhouse I go to usually has great service. I used to come to this same location years ago and never had any issues. I’m not a picky person and I don’t usually complain at restaurants. I’m very understanding, even when it’s busy and the staff is clearly working hard. I always make sure to leave a good tip. About a month ago, I came to this location and the service was very good. However, I noticed the salad has changed. The chicken didn’t taste the same as before, like it’s seasoned differently, and it barely had any dressing it was mostly just lettuce with chicken. Then about a week ago, I came back with a friend. We were the first ones there right when they opened, and there were no customers yet. We told the waitress we were ready to order and asked for sodas, but it took a long time for the drinks. I ordered a salad with no croutons and made that very clear. Even though the restaurant wasn’t busy, it still took a long time for the food to arrive and when it did, my salad had croutons. I waited for the waitress to come back so I could tell her, but she didn’t come for a while. By the time she did, I had already removed them myself. When I mentioned it, she responded in a friendly tone but said, “Really? That’s strange, not many people dislike croutons.” That honestly surprised me. Because of the overall experience, I didn’t feel comfortable leaving a tip. I just paid and left. I hope something can be improved, because it seems like there are already quite a few negative reviews. As I mentioned, this used to be my favorite location, but it’s no longer the case. My family and I have decided we won’t be coming back here anymore.

Long wait, fast service

The food & service is good and the prices are a little high but the experience is somewhat overshadowed by the noisy atmosphere. It's loud. Not at all subdued as most steak houses are. So be aware
