Im not sure why restaurants think seasoning is a sin, but my steak had no taste. That dash of salt and pepper do nothing. My cheese fries were good, and the service was ok.

Best customer service I've ever experienced. Staff was nice, friendly, and professional. We didn't need to ask for anything else as our waitress was very attentive. The food was great. Steak was cooked right and had nice seasoning on it.

Today, November 7th, I ordered a Full Slab from the restaurant's website, and when I got home to eat it, the ribs were incredibly dry and tasteless. The meat was burnt and looked old, because every time I've ordered from them, the ribs have always been juicy. Honestly, the takeout food is getting worse and worse. They're serving their customers old food.

Steak was good but the fries were underdone and frankly not very good. They originally seated the two of us at a both that holds 8 people so we were basically sitting in the aisle...they reluctantly moved us... However, the young lady serving us was magnificent! That was the best care I've ever gotten at a Texas Roadhouse. I don't often give 80% tips but she deserved it 🥰

My family and I come to this Texas Roadhouse frequently and we’ve always had a good experience. The food is always good quality and the staff are amazing. Today, our bread rolls were not the freshest and our server Kim (who was training a new employee) immediately noticed and replaced it for us. Steak was perfectly cooked as always and the service was quick. Recommend this chain and this location 5/5. P.S. I was so hungry I totally forgot to take a picture of the steak before I ate it clean.
