My Spouse and I had an amazing time spent at our long awaited visit to the Texas Southwind Winery. We love their Purple Rose and Blackberry wines that we always purchase from HEB. They have several options available at the winery that are not available in stores. We bought nearly a case of assorted Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 and 2022 and the Black Rose. It's very similar to the purple rose in taste but a tad drier, not quite as sweet and perfectly tart at the same time. We bought a few of those as well. They offer a white wine that is kind of like a chardonnay with a peachy finish that is not bitter. It has a German name but I don't recall what it is. We did a wine flight and my spouse loved it. I really thought the cherry was amazing. Now, the location is odd nestled between Goliad and Refugio and easily missed when driving. Looks kind of sketchy outside, but the AC worked great, and the wine tasting lobby and the Host were amazing. We will definitely visit again.

Did a midweek roadtrip to the coast and stopped in at the SouthWind. Had a great time tasting the delicious wines and visiting with Brad. Definitely will be back and searching out the wines at HEB, Specs, and/or Total Wine!!!

Shout out to Texas SouthWind Vineyard & Winery for having amazing customer service! Our bottle broke when opening so I messaged them not knowing if they would even see it to find out if there was anything we can do about it. Without hesitation they sent us a new bottle and it got here the next day! Thank you again so much and Happy Valentines day ❤️ yal truly make the best wine 🍇🍷 every flavor is delicious. I truly love them all! Keep on the beautiful work 💐

We took a midweek drive to Texas Southwind Winery and had a tasting with our excellent host Sherry. The wines were wonderful for our pallet and the 3 hour drive to get there is one we'll be doing again in the near future. We left with several bottles of our favorite wines. Sherry let us know that their products are available at HEB and Specs. A wonderful afternoon at my partners new favorite winery.
