Came here during posted business hours and it was locked. Nobody there. Tried calling multiple times and the line was disconnected

Great customer service, retrieve books now and pay later if you are pending financial aid disbursement, and allows you to get books past the on campus deadline date. It was a sigh of relief after contacting them.

I got a book that was cheaper than the schools book store. They offer great customer service. The gentleman that helped me was super nice and helpful. He was more than happy to answer my questions. I also found out that they donate their books to Africa which is wonderful. I highly recommend this store and supporting their business.

I had a problem with my textbooks and ms Sherry did a wonderful job at helping me! She made sure to give me her full attention and is doing absolutely everything she can to fix the problem in a timely fashion. This place is great to get textbooks and the staff are wonderful at promptly solving your problems (especially ms Sherry!)

I love to visit Textbook Brokers in James town ,NC. Ms. Sherry always helps me with my college books and accessory needs. She and Laurren are always so excellent and knowledgeable. I have been a customer for many years. I choose to get my items there because they and Mr. Bryan are excellent. They have always been so knowledgeable with my needs to assist me in my college and now my university books and more. My daughter is now in college and she too uses them. With them in place taking care of this, it makes excelling academically much more achievable while saving money for my daughter and myself.
