One of their competitors never responded to my repair quote request email. However, this company was fabulous. The entire process is seamless and stress-free. I gladly paid the $75 pickup/delivery service fee so we didn't have to bother transporting our two broken pieces of furniture. I was very surprised by how low the bill was and I'm extremely pleased with the repairs.

If you need furniture repaired this is the place to go. Kevin is THE man for furniture repair. After I had a webbing failure on an outdoor chair Kevin upgraded the fabric at cost and had them re-sewn at no cost to me. I won’t go anywhere else for furniture repair!

I received a couch that was damaged during transit. The company did not have local reps and asked that I find someone and they would reimburse me for the repair. United Furniture Services was great to work with! They have great customer service and the two men that came to my house were very polite and helpful. I am very thankful I found this place.
