Kyle and the T1P crew was fantastic from initial estimate to the final walkthrough for the exterior paint project on my house. The professional recommendations for paints was excellent without the pressure of feeling like I was being upsold. The painting crews immediately got to work with any repairs, prep and caulking and before doing an amazing job with the house painting. The crew was awesome and very friendly. Spoke to Rod about needing several rooms and doors painted before unpacking boxes and setting up furniture, which meant our timeline was tight. Rod didn’t hesitate to adjust his schedule to make it work for us. After a bad experience with another company, outside of cost and quality, I was worried about paint getting on floors, dripping on furniture, or footprints tracked through the house. There's a difference in getting something done, and getting something done right! There are countless places to go to get your project done, but if you want it done right I strongly suggest hiring Kyle with that 1 painter Dallas. My wife and I were in the process of relocating and needed to sell our home. However, the home required a full interior paint job. Kyle came to our home provided us with a free consultation and afterwards presented us with a very competitive offer. However, it wasn't the offer that appealed the to us the most it was Kyle's honesty and guarantee of ownership and ensuring us that the job would be done right no matter how many attempts it might take. Well, the length of our project was just about a week and although there may have been a hiccup or two along the way. There was never an issue or situation that Kyle and his team didn't take ownership of and resolve (no matter how many attempts it took) to our full satisfaction. If you're looking for someone who's honest and provides a quality service at a affordable price and will will ensure that you're 100% satisfied before your job is considered "completed". There isn't a single person that I would recommend more than Kyle. If you're looking please stop! And start booking! (seriously) Because you will be completely satisfied. I know we were. We are beyond happy with our newly painted kitchen cabinets. Logan and his team did everything they said they would when we got our free estimate. Not only is the actual painting job worthy of 5 stars, they were extremely careful to clean and restore the kitchen area to the way they found it.
