"I did extensive research before converting my two old attic tank water heaters to a tankless system, and I am so glad I chose Staggs Plumbing. Huge thanks to Tanner, Joseph, and Chris for providing 5-star service today. This wasn't an easy job—removing two heavy 50-gallon tanks from an attic is difficult work—but they handled it safely, efficiently, and with a positive attitude while keeping my home clean. They installed a Navien NPE-240A2 and paid attention to every detail, including proper isolation valves, a condensate neutralizer, and professional roof flashing for the new vent (they even painted the pipe to match my roof!). Tanner was honest and made sure I got the correct recirculation model for my large home, and the team stayed until the unit was fully tested to ensure we had hot water instantly. I wish I could give more stars, maybe 10 plus! Staggs is the best plumbing company I have ever used. They went above and beyond what was required to diagnose and correct a horrible situation with our sewer line. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the customer service this company provides or the lengths they are willing to go to in order to be sure the customer is well taken care of. Tanner and Jack are both exceptional plumbers and were willing to spend as much time as it took to be sure the job was done and done right. I can’t imagine using anyone else for future plumbing needs.
