Waitress came twice to the table, take appetizer order and drop it off. Never came back so we could order dinner. Drinks were watered down and expensive. Just a bunch of kids that didn't give a crap. We will not be returning. Price per person included bowling and shoe rental.

It took a waiter 40 minutes to take two tables' orders. I am hangry and I want my food. With the amount of people here, it should not be taking this long to take an order. I asked a server if I could have a slice of some pizza, and they said absolutely not. They then proceeded to throw it away in front of my face. After the horrible service, the least they could do is give me one slice of pizza. I'm not being selfish, I'm asking them to do their jobs. I would rather go to Arby's and eat a sandwich there.

Was told bowling would be a 30-45 minute wait, waited almost 2 hours and they gave my food ($70 for 2 pizzas & wings w/fries) to the wrong person & tried giving me their ($30) meal. Very overpriced and they have no good system for people who order food before bowling. Definitely needs to put names to orders or hire servers

Disappointed with the new owning corporation. When in Wichita for work, this was a favorite go to. Unfortunately the new menu is a lethargic version of the old and the quality is diminished to match.

A "Super Cheesy" Burger as named on the menu that looks better than it tastes. Two slices of cheese on two burger patties = "Super Cheesy?' No, no it doesn't. And you don't do bacon in an 'X' you don't get bacon in every bite. Do half slices side by side or shape the bacon into triangles then cook it. Customers get a far better burger experience with very little time added to prep. And while the burger and fries were good but far from great and on a slow Sunday, the service was less than attentive. Jessica was friendly, but was slow to bring out my burger, I had to ask for a drink refill and it took forever to get my ticket so I could settle up. You would think a basket with a dirty napkin in it set far to the side along with an empty mug would be a hint for her to come over and ask if I needed anything else.... Texting on her phone was more important...
