From my experience thus far, I can truly say that The Angell Law Firm has been nothing short of amazing. Although my case is not yet complete, I felt compelled to share how supported I’ve been during this difficult time. My case manager, Richelle, is hands down the best. She is extremely informative, compassionate, and consistently checks in on me and my son. The sympathy and genuine care she has shown us means more than words can express. She has made sure we were okay, not just legally, but emotionally as well. What truly touched my heart was during Christmas when I wasn’t able to provide the way I wanted to, Richelle made it her business to make sure my baby still had Christmas. That alone showed me that this is not just a law firm. I’ve been welcomed into a family. I feel confident trusting The Angell Law Firm with my life, my child’s life, and our future. I truly believe they have our best interest at heart, and I’m confident they will do an excellent job seeing my case through.

I recently was in a car accident on the way to work, my car was damaged and I injured my back. The following day I received a call from Richelle a paralegal with the Angell Law Firm, I explained the details of my accident and she guided me through every step of the process. Richelle was super informative she helped me get a rental car while my car was being repaired, set me up with a physical therapist, and was able to to help me get paid for all the days I was unable to work. If you ever in a accident I definitely would recommend Richelle and the Angell Law Firm!!

I’m extremely disappointed with the way this law office handled my case, and I feel compelled to share my experience. My initial interactions with intake and the office manager were respectful and professional, and I genuinely appreciated their courtesy. Unfortunately, everything went downhill once my case was handed over to the assigned case manager. In my experience, this person was rude, lacked empathy, and behaved unprofessionally throughout our interactions. Despite repeatedly telling them not to file a claim through my own insurance, they went ahead and did so without my authorization. When I tried to address the issue calmly and respectfully, I was met with hostility. I was even accused of lying and hung up on multiple times, which was shocking and completely unacceptable from a professional office. Because of this experience, I chose to terminate the attorney-client relationship and move on to another attorney. I expected far better treatment, especially after initially feeling confident in their services. This review reflects my personal experience and the serious concerns I had with how my case was handled.
