Called to make an appointment and was redirected to their bot/online scheduling system which made and confirmed my appointment. I showed up and waited 30 minutes outside because the door was locked and no one was there. Another customer also came who had booked online. If you want us to use the online system to book appointments then maybe have a human checking it to make sure it's booking appointments for when staff is actually working. So now I'm on my way to my job interview looking like Chewbacca. - A formerly happy and now ex customer

Absolutely love this place. Nichole is the best!!! She does such a great job. Super thorough and so friendly. I will never go anywhere else

I love this place, and the staff!! My sister was the one that recommended this place so I have been coming here for more than 2 years. I love Nichole, she is so sweet and the best esthetician, in my opinion. Definitely recommend her!

Aimee was wonderful. Her technique made me come back to her again and again. It wasn’t as painful and she is very accommodating to my needs. She made me feel comfortable and her customer service skills are admirable. My legs are smooth and hairless. 😆

Started coming here in November (for my first time ever!) and now I’m a regular. Aimee-Beth is super sweet and makes you feel comfortable from beginning to end- which was super important for a first timer being so nervous. Office and rooms are super clean and cozy. Highly recommend
