A friend brought me to Bar Method Preston Hollow and I am so grateful. I’ve been an athlete all my life, but nothing makes me feel as good as Bar Method! And the instructors and members are such a lovely group of incredibly strong women. Bar Method Preston Hollow is my happy place.

Amazing instructors with a great environment! They are so welcoming and the class is challenging. I love coming back here Edit almost a year later: I wish I could give even more stars, this studio is the best! The classes continue to kick my butt but I keep getting better 💪🏽 The instructors are so knowledgeable and helpful it makes each class so amazing.. my core has gotten stronger and I’m more aware of my body dynamics. If you want to learn more about your body and get stronger this is the place. I also love that they host different events throughout the year that are so empowering for women! 🩷

The bar method Dallas Preston Hollow is one of my absolute favorite places to work out! I am always sore the next day and I swear my butt has gotten bigger in a good way because of these classes!
