Best yoga studio ever?! YES!!!!! Where to even start? I have been to many yoga studios in the past, in different cities, and countries so I really mean when I say that nothing compares to Samatone!! The vibes and energy here are unmatched! From the moment you walk in the place smells great, has great vibrations and you’re greeted with a welcoming smile! Check in is easy and a breeze. You can bring your own, or borrow one of their yoga mats & towels- so helpful for those who are forgetful or book last minute classes & leave our mats behind. The classroom is spacious, has tons of mirror so it helps when trying to see yourself and correct your poses. The heat is perfect! They use infrared lights so it’s not a hot air kind of heat that makes you nauseous, but a kind of heat you feel from the radiating sun, love it! The instructors, my oh my! The instructors are so kind, patient, knowledgeable and just match your energy! Every class I’ve taken, and every instructor I’ve had here- just wonderful! I love taking classes with Rhonda, Cathy, Yesenia, Jo and Destiny!! When I take their classes, I always come out feeling like a brand new person :) The amazing playlists, and cold minty towels at the end are a bonus! It truly is a welcoming community and I always look forward to going to a class at Samatone!! I hope you too get to enjoy this top notch studio!

I booked the class through ClassPass. Virga the receptionist was so kind and friendly and helpful. Virga also send me all the nice pictures and videos for the event. It was my first time and she explained everything to me. The trainers were good we did vinyasa, sculpt and sound bowls 30 minutes each and all for a good cause it was for Valerie. I like how close the community is and how you can enjoy the class together. I definitely will be back again.

There are a lot of unique things that this studio does that elevate the experience. It’s heated. The floor is a soft mat floor that challenges your core more. If you take a fall, it’s a gentle collision. So really safe environment to practice. The ambient lighting and the sound is an experience. They’ll lend you mats and towels complimentary. The staff are really warm. It was my first time going and I’m coming back!

It was my first yoga class and as a man I was little nervous prior to going. I took the class with Yesenia the instructor and it was awesome . It was a great workout. I felt the burn through out and really the type of class you feel like you accomplished something at the end. She came over and helped me out a few times to adjust my pose.the vibe is great the people are great and really recommend this yoga spot for anyone.

This studio and owner are exceptional! I booked the studio for a self care session for a corporate event. Employees couldn’t stop raving about how amazing the experience was. Rhonda added enough simple instruction for beginners and alternate poses for advanced individuals that it met the need of even those that were intimidated by yoga. My colleagues left feeling energized and even said they slept better that night then they had in a long time. Clean, professional , and inviting atmosphere!
