I started around 2014 I think. I really loved the classes but stopped going. In b2024 I got an email promo and decided to check it out again. I had been taking supplements for my knee pain, which I as able to eventually stop taking because the workouts were helping my joints so much. It's a great supportive environment, all the instructors are amazing. There are women of all ages backgrounds, bodies and abilities, which makes it a very inclusive environment.
I have been doing Bar Method classes at the Point Loma studio for over 10 years and love the workout! I am stronger and more flexible with each workout. Every class is different, it’s always challenging, even when you go to class regularly, and the community is so wonderful. I have made many great friends over the years! I’m addicted!
I am about 8 weeks into going to Bar and love it! This studio is wonderful. Encouraging, challenging, a sweet community of people, clean, well appointed, easy parking, friendly. I did a trial and at the end of my 3 weeks I just couldn’t stop. I already felt stronger and more toned. Can’t wait to keep the journey going.
Bar Method Point Loma has been my second home for years. The workouts are amazing; the instructors are extraordinary, and the staff and our community could not be more welcoming. The exercises are developed by physical therapists so safety is a top priority. The workouts are both challenging and fun! I am proud to admit that I am addicted!
