Thank you to the kind man at this store...my parents bought an electric wheelchair online...and unfortunately the battery wouldn't work. So after calling several other battery places, I found this store...and I am so very thankful I did! The kind man replaced the batteries and rewired the battery holder to ensure the new batteries would work with the wheelchair! I seriously cannot thank him enough for taking the time to just see if he could help...but then actually providing excellent customer service and care too! My parents and I will be life long customers and I highly recommend this place to anyone with mobility issues or issues with their mobility device! Thank you again kind sir!

Great store with a large selection of scooters and other medical equipment. Eric is extremely knowledgeable and provided great customer service. No pressure and fully explained everything. Simple and fast sales process. Wish they sold ramps for loading and unloading the scooter. Will find one elsewhere. Thank you Eric and Adrian!

I was there about a month ago. I took my 93 year old aunt to get a scooter. It was difficult for her to choose one. She kept moving from scooter to scooter. The salesman was so patient and knowledgeable. She finally purchased one and loved it. They also have amazingly soft lift recliners, in addition to outdoor rugged terrain scooters, and the batteries and other parts for maintenance. I'm so glad we found this place. The combination of prices, service, and selection can't be beat.
