We entered on 31/1/26 at around 0930 and was greeted by I think Shagra? I put the time and date to ensure my compliments are received for the right store employee. She was absolutely amazing! I spent $135 as a result of her passion and knowledge. The store was well presented and it was actually fun to shop and learn about the products and what they do. I’ve never spent this much in a body shop store before.

I don’t often post reviews of places I go, but I need to say that Nettie who works here is absolutely fantastic and it was some of the best customer service i’ve ever had. I was creating a sympathy gift basket for a family who’s dad/husband had recently passed away and Nettie was incredible. She walked me through many different options and was able to accommodate different allergies and preferences. The things I ended up getting were perfect and that was all thanks to Nettie. This is a wonderful shop with incredible staff

Great store with lots of nice hand creams, perfumes, and body care items. Very friendly and helpful staff. Their aloe skin care line is excellent as is the mango body wash.

The best customer experience I have ever had!! The lovely Emily was so incredibly knowledgeable. She spent so much time with my friend and I, making sure we left with all of the information we needed. She took us through all of the products best suited to us and was genuinely more concerned with giving us the right products rather than making a sale. So incredibly impressed with her depth of knowledge and genuine pleasure and pride she took in her job. Can’t recommend the staff or shopping experience enough.
